My question is this. What is accepted as proof of the following

(1) Proof of custody for children under age 18 and proof that the children may be removed from the jurisdiction of the court

(2) If the children will not accompany you to Canada, proof that you have fulfilled any obligation stated in custody agreements

I hope someone can help

devern,
this requirement only applies if you are divorced or separated or a single parent.
1. that you have custody of the child.
2. that you have paid for child support.

I have 2 kids who live with my ex wife (they are not accompanying me) and 2 kids with my present wife (one is a step child) so both items apply to me. I was wondering do I need court documents or a declaration from my ex that i am complying with child support?
