Anyway, OP will need to sponsor her husband after she becomes a PR. If her husband is not from a visa exempt country, he will need to apply for TRV to come to Canada.
If TRV isn't approved, OP and spouse will be seperated until the spousal sponsorship application is approved and that took in average a year pre-COVID.
Also for sponsoring spouse, you cannot sponsor another spouse in 3 years (in case relationship breaks down in the future) and the sponsor will be reponsible for any social assistant that the spouse obtains.
The sponsored person, won't be able to sponsor another spouse (again in case relationship breaks down) in 5 years.
I am not familar with EE, so you will need to ask in EE the pos and cons of applying with your spouse.

Why you said like that? Of course I'm applying for EE but I just wait because of the situation now of COVID , it takes more time I think for waiting.
Have you been selected? What is your CRS score? You are posting in a section for PRs or are citizens who are sponsoring their spouse.
