I have finalized accommodation deal with Indian students studying there for 210 dollar per month on sharing basis. Please let me know if this is good deal. 210 dollar includes electricity, hydro, internet etc. Apartment is 5 min away by walking from college.

Only now i need to spend on daily food apart from 210 dollar.
Even saw apartment photos. I have not signed anything legally but fellow told me 210 per month. He is Indian and very helpful guy.

Just a piece of advice, do not make any payment yet. Once you are there check it out personally and then make the payment and arrange for other stuff.

He told me same thing. Do not pay in advance. First come here. Actually that fellow is shifting to other state as he is finished with his course. So far with fb communication and his fb posts, I find him genuine Indian and I respect for his help so far. But just I asked to confirm if 210 good deal or not. I do not have any idea how much students pay there.
