Accidentally removed online access

We logged in to check the status of my husband's November 2015 inland application on my sister's computer over the weekend. She was closing the tabs afterward and selected the 'remove access' button, thinking it meant to clear the history from her laptop. So now we can't get in to view the status anymore. We received DM via email last Friday, and the email said "Etobicoke will contact you to arrange an appointment for the finalization of your permanent resident application." Will the access removal affect anything? We haven't heard from CIC as to when our appointment is yet. How do we restore access? I'm just hoping it wouldn't affect any communications from CIC.

You will have to contact CIC by CSE about your ECAS.

The good news is they should send you your landing appointment by email.

You can also link the application to MyCIC on July 23 which will eliminate the need for ECAS.

Family class will be available to link to your account July 23.

It will provide more information than ECAS.
