Accessing e -certificate for minor on Portal

I have a question, When I was creating the Irrc portal for my self and minor only my account could have been created. Becasue we both used the same email address I couldn't use my email to create hers. So my question is can I use a different email address with the same access code for hers to create a portal for her. I know they said hers can be downloaded from my account but I am just asking can we use another email address to create access to the portal. @forw.jane please assist if you know

You can use any email to create portal account. You can generate code on your own (https://ircc.canada.ca/visit-visiter/en/get-account-ircc-portal)

Once you are in, go to download certificate option, provide the details and it will download the certificate if it is available. Same account can be used to download other applicants certificate too.

I would suggest you use your account to download certificate for both.

Did you receive your certificate yet? How long did it take after oath?

Still no e-certificate and it is 9 days post OAth ceremony and oath form submitted. I sent for 6 times from different emails plus I sent a webform. They confirmed they recieved it on Monday but still nothing as of yet.

Hi @SunshineJA - could I ask if you were able to download your child's certificate using the *same* IRCC portal that you used to download yours? Do you have to create two separate IRCC portals (one for yourself and one for your child), or is that not necessary? Thanks!
