Acceptance Letter from the University of New Brunswick whats the next step pls.

Pls help out, i have been giving acceptance letter to study HRM (Part Time Professional program) in the University of New Brunswick, pls i need help because right now i am so confuse don't know what step to take from here. and i was told that that i can only make payment only if my visa and insurance and other document have been put in place, and the class starts by September 17, I am presently in Nigeria.

How come its part time??

As pointed out "Part time"...It can't be so. CIC gives visa only for full time course.

Yes i was offered the course in part time, but i would have a rethink. thanks for the honest reply
