Acceptable documents to show identity for citizenship applications

Hi Guys,

Is Ontario health card valid identity proof document for citizenship application.

below link says that "health insurance identification card: is acceptable as id document.

I have applied in may 2021..! But didn’t get any update on my application..! Called ircc they didn’t find my application with my uci number…! I have read all your posts..! What you think will be the problem ?
i will be very thankful to you..!

They will not find your application on the system until you receive AOR. This is pretty common. You'll have to wait for AOR and then you can check your status in New Citizenship status Dashboard .

But i think i have posted on wrong forum..! I have applied under cec category for PR..! My AOR 7 may 2021…! Didn’t get any update not even medical..!
