I need some expert opinion on my case.
I got ITA in 60th draw. Also, I have been planning for further studies in Canada and got selected in Rotman School of Management. My course is starting in September 2017. The issue is my PR application may not get processed by August 2017. I read in this forum that I can apply for both PR and student permit at the same time. First, there would be issues in getting student permit if I am planning to move to Canada on permanent basis in spite of duel intent provision. Second, if I got the student permit, I may get Passport Request after moving to Canada. This will create problems in getting Passport stamped and entry requirement.
Please give suitable suggestions for my case.
