I've googled the crap out of this, but can't seem to find an answer.
I am waiting on a diploma that will arrive roughly 15-45 days after my ITA document submission window closes. I have an ECA and transcripts for this credential, but the school only prints diplomas twice a year.
Should I:
Option 1 - Decline this ITA and the next few to give myself a margin of error
or
Option 2 - Submit everything I do have (transcript, ECA, letter from university that attests to my program graduation and the diploma printing process) and hope that it is acceptable. In the event that it isn't, I can reapply then.
or
Option 3 - Accept the invitation and proactively open a case and request a 60-day extension.

Thanks for any advice. CRS 457
