What if he is studying part time

Been a part time or skipped a semester doesn't qualify him for a PGWP. The question wasn't specific so that made my response direct

No I was full time throught the years, except for one year. During that time I stopped working as well. I was facing personal problems which didnt let me focus.

you should look to other options to remain in Canada at the end of your studies, given to your detail, you ain't eligible for PGWP

How have you gotten so many study permit extensions? Has your program not put you on academic probation? You have already doubled the course time plus a year doing nothing.

yes I was on probabtion but was able to manage to not get a suspension. I changed my school couple of times so some of the courses didnt get transferred over. I did take the extra break in my current school which I think makes my chances bleak.

Have you already extended your study permit? At a certain point it won't be extended again.
