Academic misconduct PGWP

Hello,

I have completed the degree requirements & now applying for the PGWP for which I will need the transcript. On my transcript, I have a remark which states that I had received sanction for academic misconduct for one of the courses. Will this remark have any effect on the decision? Are there any chances for the refusal? Please help me.

If you don't mind me asking, what's the actual remark mentioned in the transcript (word for word)? And were you part-time in any semesters apart from the last semester? Additionally, is your course and DLI eligible for PGWP (check if you haven't)?

Typically academic misconduct comes with some sort of suspension. That has the impact on the actual misconduct.

In all my semester I have registered full time and it says involved in plagiarism for one of my assignment. For that course
