Yes you need Ielts general Above 5 points.
I have job offer from SK as well.

To be on the safe side,i will Strongly suggest that i take General IELTS & score 5points.
Because in the future if the cic ask that you need to have one then what you gone do.
you cant say that my lawyer said that i dont need to prove my profience in english.
