You can. But take help of any immigration lawyer.

Be prepared to have a lot of proof that the relationship/marriage is genuine and not just about getting a work permit. Your first challenge if you do not already have one might be in getting a TRV

I doubt you will get visitor visa because CIC might see it as you are unlikely to return home...also only Citizen and PR are allowed to sponsor..if you do come be prepared to show plenty of evidenc

YES. Under the immigration act.its Like any other fraud..ofc.If tried and convicted .plus barred from Canada..they have become more serious about marriage fraud..check it out yourself
