Did the applicant attach a PCC? if yes, was the PCC verifiable online? if the answer to both is no that it's best to send them a PCC via webform.

yeah I sent them twice. the first one expired (6 month validity) the second one was sent via web form
not sure if it's verifiable online.

See if there is any QR code on it or if there is a website where one can verify PCC online. If there is no such thing then it would be difficult for them to know the authenticity of this PCC.

Greetings everyone. I am having some confusion about proof of funds for student visa. Is the cash suppose to be in an account and remain there for the period of time or regular cash flows in and out of the account then ensure the required amount should be there when printing out statement. (Am sorry for the long message, I just hope someone understands what I just wrote).

On the website

You want to show above POF funds for at least 4 months after paying tuition.

There is no QR code on it, but it's easy to contact the Ministry of Foreign Affairs who issued it. they reply pretty fast.

I didn't, because I hadn't done that for my first application either. What should I do now please help
In the first application, you don't have to put a UCI number because you don't have one, but in the second application, you have UCI from the first application that IRCC assigned to you. Now they have assigned a new UCI number to you. Don't need to do anything now, in my opinion, others can suggest something more precise.

Did you apply from UAE?
Have you considered rising a webform.?
I applied from USA, visa office is Abu Dhabi

yes i raised many webforms lately, they stopped replying to me after September
