Nope...I don't know....I'm from india and my file is in Delhi...do they work nights?there is no address in that letter.

Exactly no idea. I have uploaded additional documents on last Friday and yesterday I noticed a ghost update. Decision can come at anytime as I hope VO would not much time for reviewing these few documents
