If she is just going to vacation there for a month and is actually living with you in Qatar, I am not sure if she gets processed from India.

Did they call your employer and confirm all the reference and employment letters, trade licenses etc, and was there any phone or in-person interviews in your case ?

Can anyone please comment on my situation when possibly can I get my application decision?Applied for PhD from U of Manitoba on fully funded Native scholarship and partial funding by my advisor. Reapplied thru RCIC after getting GCMS notes. Im from Pakistan 29 years of age and a govt. officer. Produced good net worth with each and everything original.

Re-Applied: June 30, 2022
Biometrics: March 10, 2022
Updated: June 30, 2022
Upfront Medical: May 17, 2022
Medical updated: July 06, 2022
Medical again updated: August 15, 2022

since then no update. The application has completed its 17 weeks ans entered into 18th.

Webform lodged: September 29, 2022 :)37 AM)
Response: September 29, 2022 (10:00 AM)

we are conducting background investigations a prepared reply. Meanwhile raised multiple forms like every week to inquire the stage and request to expedite the process.

Response: November 03, 2022

what taking them long ? What do you think the possible reason for the delay except backlog/covid/Ukraine issue ?

hi, sharing my brother's timeline, he just received his PPR today :)
  • College applied for: Langara College, BC
  • Program: Computer Studies Diploma
  • Application submitted: 11th Oct 2022
  • Biometrics: 16th Oct 2022
  • No updates in between and we didn't enquire too as we were skeptical that the response won't come anytime soon (don't know when the eligibility of background was completed)
  • Correspondence letter: 16th November 2022
  • PPR: 16th November 2022 (Processing office: Abu Dhabi)
I'll be happy to answer questions if any :)
