SDS or NON?In my BVL it says at the end....

If SDS then Canada, if NON then New Delhi.

I am quite sure that your file was handled by Ottawa and not Abu Dhabi.In my BVL it says at the end....

June 10th received Biometric Validity Letter
No updates after this.

From another thread I understand that all who applied through SDS in May it went to CPC Canada (Ottawa), non SDS went to New Delhi.you are lucky. your office in Canada. You can call them and inquire about your eligibility status.
