If you applied with SP it gets processed faster as per SP timelines. Otherwise the wait is quite long. Someone mentioned along this thread at some point that they have been waiting over 5 months for approval.

If everyone is getting it, it might just be a technical glitch. This happens on and off ! I wouldn't think too much about it.
