I had hope this time as I have attached all possible documents. AUH VO just refuses without even looking at your documents.

Did u apply for GCMS notes for your first refusal? what was the tie-up shown in the current country of residence. Apply for GCMS notes and take your case to an authorized immigration lawyer/agent and reapply from the country of citizenship if required.

I did not get GCMS for first refusal. Tie-up in the current country of residence is my husband and two children studying here. Moreover, I have attached a job offer from my company, after completing MBA.
I will get gcms notes and try after a year.

Where did she/he apply from? India? Or GCC? Where was the application processed? It’s a public university that too in Atlantic immigration province, so higher chances of getting an approval.

Honestly, from most other countries the applications are treated fairly and not on basis on someone study gap, etc. Its only with AUH it is mostly unfair especially if you are from one of the third world countries.

Hi guys,

Just wanted to say that I got the OPR today!! ALHAMDULILLAH LOL

Anyway, profile, applied for Master's at University of Windsor Fall 2021 on 6th Jan, 23 years, graduated with BSc in 2019, I applied for diploma program in 2019 and got refused twice lol so changed my program to Masters and applied for the 3rd and last time and they came thru.

Hope this helps yall with similar timelines and good luck everyone! It's true what they say if it's your time, it is your time yk xx
