Hello everyone,

I am expecting to receive an ITA on the next draw and I am now checking the readiness of all my documents including translated ones, I would be glad if someone could guide me to a good lawyer or someone with good experience who could answer my specific queries related to post ITA process, either in Abu Dhabi or Dubai (preferably AD).

Although I believe that we are capable of applying on ourselves, but I have been waiting for this since a long time and I need to make sure that my application has no mistakes or missing documents.

ADVO normally takes around 4 weeks ( thats what members of this forum have said)

Could you please share your timeline? What was your AOR date?

The information would be helpful to ppl whos visa office is Abu Dhabi.

I recently noticed that my date of birth on my UAE Police certificate is wrong..

should i raise a CSE and upload a new PCC? or should i just wait for CIC to ask for it?

Still waiting. Been a year now. Medicals have expired too but they haven't said anything yet to redo them. Waiting on that. It's a long wait. Anyone got told to redo the medicals?

I am a Provicial Nominee under Express Entry e- APR. I have noticed that it's taking people over a year to get PPR from ADVO? Shouldn't express entry be in 6 months or so? Please let me know ...I need to have my medical done and don't want to do it again after the year pashe's...it appears many members have had to do that. Please let me know avg times. Thankyou

They asked me to redo medical after one year, i did it again in DEC 2016. My wife was pregnant and she deferred her medical.

After two weeks they send me the list of document for new born baby and "READY for VISA" email, with wrong NAME,UCI and Application number.

Now I have raised CSE and waiting............

To cut it short, yes ADVO takes one year, specially for ARAB and Pakistani people, due to incentive security checks.

They will ask to redo medicals if case approved........it's my understanding
