Guys I have a question, do we have to use VFS or we can send via courier directly?

My company has a contract with Aramex for documents and I can use that, saves a lot of money and time, Aramex told me they do have an agreement with the Canadian Embassy in Abu Dhabi or something like that.

So when I get PPR, can I send it via Aramex directly not through VFS (who most likely uses Aramex a well) ?

Regards,

Regards,

I checked with VFS in Qatar. They want to charge 447.75 QR per head which i need to pay for four of us. Our most of the friends they used Aramex which is cheaper then VFS.

In addition, i do not find any difference between Aramex and VFS, both are required to submit passports at Embassy.

Finally, i choose to send Aramex. Total cost 364 including return.

Aramex looks fine.

Yeah I have a really good relation with Aramex here in Kuwait, been dealing with them for years and our company uses their services often, it would be way cheaper for me than VFS and faster as they come pick it up from me and drop it back to me.

I just wanted to confirm that Abu Dhabi VO is not putting conditions that we must use VFS, are they saying anything like that in the PPR email?

I would suggest you do not look for cheaper option and use VFS because its secure

You can go to Al-Tijaria Tower, 25th Floor.

(I am not marketing for VFS) ;D

It is not about the cheaper option ...15-20KD wont make a difference after the 1000s immigration would cost lol .... it is the time and convenience .... Aramex are also secure, when you inform them it is a passport they treat it differently as it has to pass through a special section at customs ....

VFS dont have their own planes, they use one of the couriers (most likely Aramex) .... and what would VFS do if they lose your passport? Nothing can be done.... the risk is the same for all.

I used Aramex and received very quickly. Around 8 days I think. I'm based in Abu Dhabi and it was very secure.

Funny thing is that I went to VFS and the guy told me to buy Aramex option from them and they will deliver to me when VFS receives it. My thinking was that why should I pay VFS when I can do this myself.

Thank you for your input ..... exactly my point... why delay with VFS procedure when they will use Aramex anyhow...whatever guarantee they give it will be the same like Aramex and unless a person is extremely unlucky, a document sent with high priority would never be lost....

What is your timeline btw?

Good
But do they provide home delivery?
As vfs doesn't

Yes of course that is exactly the point .....they come pick it up from you and deliver it back to you ... for me it costs less because we have a special discount... I used it to send my OOPNP application and it got to Ontario in 2-3 days .... you can call them and ask , if you say the Canadian embassy in abu dhabi they will know directly.

Regards,
