Yours would be in transit, 'Approved' means your visa has been stamped, COPR issued and case closed as far as CIC is concerned. Now its just a matter of transporting your passport back to you.

I don't think there is any point of calling CIC. Approval is done once the VO stamps your passport and VO is doing these as per when your passport was received by them. As we know the current trend for ADVO is 3-4 weeks so please wait for the right time. Either way, I doubt if CIC will be able to answer your question in anyway.

In most cases Islamabad Visa Office processes and stamps visa for the applicants in Pakistan.

Fsw applicants are either processed at london or abu dhabi..visa might be stamped at isl but processing not done there
