Yeah, VFS tracking status will change once the passports are out of the Embassy.

I'll have to collect from VFS Dubai but I think the timings should be the same. The guy at the counter in Dubai told me that if I want to collect it on the same day as I receive a call/SMS from VFS then it should be between 4-5 PM. Next day onwards, it can be collected anytime after 9 AM.

soooooooo, I submitted on 28th august.
based on above mentioned time frame. its 21 - 23 days.......
so yea... ill sit tight till end of 3rd week of sept !!

Yes there is a specific timing for collection at each vfs office. Here in muscat its 4-5 pm
