I hope to get PPR soon. I do not understand why it is delayed for long time. According to GCMS notes all three elements (Criminality, Eligibility and Medical) were passed and GCMS notes updated on 25 November 2015.

In addition, i do not understand why they requested Schedule 4 which was submitted along with application. This was clearly written on GCMS notes by Ottawa. Also, non-accompanying dependents acknowledgement form.

However, i submitted them both. Hope to hear something by this week.

But, still i can not understand why this was progress since 25 Nov 2015 where all key elements were completed.

I have noticed that it takes time for PPR to be issued once BG changes "In Progress".

Have faith and I'm sure in this month, you will receive the golden news from CIC.

I believe you can request GCMS notes as long as BC not started. By requesting GCMS notes, file may move little bit faster than expected. In my case, my BC only in progress when i sent CSE about ECAS issue.

When i ordered GCMS notes, ADVO requested to Schedule 4 (Submitted during the initial request) and Non-accompanying acknowledgement form (Not applicable)

I think you are referring to Schedule 4 and Schedule 4A. I was talking about Schedule A (Background).
