My AOR Is dated november 2015 ( application received sep 2015) and I have not yet received MR.

If your file is in Abu Dhabi visa office, it is normal.

Once it reaches 13 months, you have to contact them ASAP and request for further information about your case. Were you able to link your application online? Did you get any other communication from them since you received AOR in Oct 2015 ?

People who received medical requests this week are the ones who submitted their files 16 and 14 months ago.

In the ecas i have the following:
1- you submit you application on 14 sep 2015
2- AOR on 27 nov 2015
3- we start processing on 11 jan 2016

After that date no updates.

I have friends who got the visas last year and their MR was 7 months from the AOR and the visa received after 3 months. Both of them where similar processing time. So i was expecting my MR on june-july but nothing happened.
So i'm not sure that 13 months should be calculated fron which date? Sep? Nov? Jan?

Count 13 months from the day they received A COMPLETE APPLICATION from you. That should be the date on the first line of your ECAS status. Go to this link http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/helpcentre/answer.asp?qnum=068&top=3

What is the procedure for asking GCMS notes?

They received my federal application on the 31st of July 2015, AOR November 3rd and since then nothing, no Medical Request no PCC request.
I've been in this Quebec Immigration journey since September 2011.
it's depressing really. I'm tired of waiting.

Applied 14 sep 2015
AOR 27 nov 2015 and no medical yet and in that journey since aug 2012
I hope we will get some news soon as i checked now the cic site and the processing time was changed to 12 months which we already passed it
They told me that the GCMS notes can help for knowing the notes taken on out application so maybe some negative comments then u can try to initiate the action but when i checked it it needs 45 days ( 6 octobre) so i told myself don't ask for these notes as sure you will receive news by that time but tomorrow is 6 oct and nothing received
No idea bu God knows
But really it's depressing

Hi Guys
i joined this site today and looks interesting . Have applied since August 2014 and obtained file No DA0000 , TILL the date no feed back yet , Does anybody know how long it will take till i get into Quebec and what are the stages of processing .

Mine took 3 years
In quebec stage they will check ur studies, money, profile, experience and french/english tests results.
My friend applied arrounf may 2014 and on friday she got a mail asking for updated documents.
Some hope you will get updates soon
