Hi,
From this forum i have learned that after landing as an immigrant, one can get the PR card mailed by their family or freind on receipt of the cards, even while the concern person is not there physically at that time i to receive it personallys it true???
Because we were thinking to complete our landing process in Oct'09 while our visas are valid only till Nov'09 only, but this time we only want to stay for two weeks and then come back to London and to finally move there next July. I will use my uncle's address for our PR cards to be posted at, Is it really possible that my uncle can post us our cards via DHL or Fedex?
My consultant is telling me that as it is a legal document like Passport, therefore it cannot be posted and we have to stay there to receive them which really looks difficult for the time being until next year. And along with this he is saying that if they catched this all our immigration could be cancelled is this true!!!!
Please your opinion and advices will be appreciated.

Thanks

As far as you have a mailing address within Canada, where PR card can be sent, that will be OK. Also if CIC has some issues or problems, they might have some queries then, which 0.1 %, infact I have not come across any thing like this before.

Yes, it is. Remember without your PR card or traveling document, you would have problem in returning to Canada.

It does not show you have be in Canada physically for receiving PR card, however as mentioned If there is any issue, like requiring finger prints or else. Your uncle can mail you your documents in London, that should not be a problem.
