either the form is filled by Representative or the applicant himself!

with my understanding the field if ticket with ' self ' will make an affirmative impression of the overall apps.

anyways. i am sure, the consultant won't be reimbursing a single penny.

so just try to coordinate with your consultant to get your apps processed in a professional ways.

well, you must know the requirements now and could ask your rep. to tell you or even keep you updated for every single move that he has made in relation to your apps.

I totally agree with Hasnaat after quality education student should prepare his file himself. But the problem with this approach is that if we miss a single thing in the application all our hardwork and time will be wasted. So just hire an agent to file your papers and keep track of the things yourself. Dont rely on all the bull*censored word* that agent sugggests. Use your own mind analyse the situations. I have also hired an agent but his charges are just 10k and as i am a working professional so i cant devote much time tracking my application. But i have seen the guys who are paying 50-70 k to these agents just for filling an application. I have been most of the agents in Chandigarh healthyway are the most costly ones. They asked 70k from me and i was told that i wont need to get any education loan, bank statements and now i fear that such cases are being refused by CHC.

I too wondered why you students need any "education consultants" at all since admissions information is y easily available through the net and is not that complicated. I came back to India after 15 years and had to set up my own office because of all these crooks.

As for what you DO need Is
1. an IMMIGRATION consultant. One that is CSIC licensed or a lawyer from Canada. NOT an AGENT for them as according to Canadian Laws ONLY licensed/ Authorized Reps can provide any advise about or consult with you. Not even their staff are permitted to provide advice about immigration matters.

2. someone who can help you with your settlement needs IF you don't have any family or friends in Canada that can provide you with housing etc.

I agree with you. Mine was a special case. I am working as a software freelancer and i dont have much time to gather all the info myself so i thought of hiring a consultant and mine one is CSIC licensed. Since i also want to help fellow students so i am spending time on my blog to write articles that might help us.

More over i have gained the more info from my consultant for the price i have paid. I i dont feel like a looser hiring a consultant. On top of that i saved 25$ for getting my offer letter as there is discount by college when i applied through a partner consultant.

Is it a total 10k or 20K, (another 10 after visa ) and how wil u show ur experience as freelancer. Do u have any exp letter for that cause I too worked as a freelancer for a while.

its 10k in total. I have got my firm registered as sole proprietorship and i have bank account in the name of the firm to i can prove my freelance experience if required.

I contacted Canam but instead of 10k they told me they take 25k do u know any other certified and reputed conultant who takes 10 to 15k just for filing cause I already got admission in a colge..

ya i agree wid all of u they are frauding with Indians they charge initial fee of rs 40000 or above and ask no fee after visa. now they r using CSIC Member Fanny Calucag's name who is in Canada now. and healthy way advertise that Fanny Calucag (CSIC Number: - M041345) is preparing their files how it can b possible one person now living in Canada but same time he is preparing Healthyway's files. Fanny Calucag & Healthyway now making a fool of punjabies because healthyway hires Fanny Calucag only for using his CSIC Membership for Advertising and Making a fool of people with this. You Can also read the (5 April's English Tribune & 17 August Hundustan Times) how they can making a fool of Indians. newspapers exposes the Healthyway in their 5 April's and 17 August's edition.

i want to ask you one thing if u want to apply throughout Healthyway first please read the newspaper of 5th April and 17th August English Tribune then take any decision about Healthyway. they always asked about canada study visa withot IELTS which is false because Canadian collages will give you admission in their collage but Canadian high commission will not give you visa without IELTS because in Canadian High Commission IELTS is Compulsory for any type of study visa, Immigration, Work Permits now only two of classes r without IELTS acceptable as follows as Family Class & Investor Class .if ur applying for Canada study visa without IELTS through Healthyway it can b hurt you because they did not submit any case in Canadian High Commission Without IELTS.they take ur file on hold and after 1 month they will call u and ask "your case is rejected" but main thing in this process that Canadian High Commission refused ur case but there is no refusal stamp on your passport.can u imagine that. in all cases when Canadian High Commission refuse any case they stamed refusal stamp on all passports in case of rejection. so they r making a fool of indian people.

dude i think you have lack of information about immigration...............
i did not use any consultancy for my case i did all myself

1. well i got admission in an Canadian college without IELTS under normal student visa.........as IELTS is the requirement of the college not for Canadian embassy to issue the student visa and i did not get any objection from the Canadian embassy for IELTS

i have 6 years of work experience and 6 years of education in English medium so the college administration reviewing my all Docs and English skills they gave me admission without IELTS..........well there are many colleges who accept you without IELTS and if you got admission they test your speaking ability of English if they found some deficiency they offer you one or two week classes

2. if your student visa is refused under normal category of study visa there is no stamp at your passport ......you passport dispatched to you with a refusal letter .........but i dont know about SPP either it is tamped or not in case of rejection

this is my personal experience with canadian embassy in past 4 months
