Hi everyone..

I am applying for renewal of my PR card next week. I have spent almost 4 years out of my last 5 years outside Canada while accompanying my citizen wife. I have reasonable ties to Canada that includes house in Canada, car insurance , Bank accounts etc and i have always filed my tax returns on time.

for most of my travels I travelled before my wife and in few travels my wife left before me. I would like to know if it would be considered as time spent with Citizen wife even if we didn't travel together but lived together abroad or the travel has to originate together in order to qualify for residency obligation.

Also what evidence of residential addresses of my spouse do i I have to provide for my application for last 5 years? Do they need proof of residential addresses of Canada or abroad? what documents can be submitted as proof. This is mandatory for application.

Humble request to all members to provide the answer in detail.

Thanks..
