The members who are complaining are correct. They cannot provide proof as some of them will be already dealing with them and do not want to burn bridge with them. And you cannot expect that in a public forum. If some case is file against one their promoters it may not be a good sign. But wwics needs lot of improvement in their processes, staff management, dealing with customers, knowledge in immigration affairs, managing their branches. Its true that they dont know the latest things in process. Sometime they delay filing and sending documents and are not transparent to their customers. They call you all the time before to get your case, but once got, its the customer who will always call them and lose money. But if you still want to go through an agency, you may go, but be prepared to follow them up often. All the agents are the same. They are sitting to pass your documents from this side to that side, nothing else. The worst thing you will not be able to speak to anyone other than their customer care executive, who will change often, once you filed. No Escalation points in this organisation.
