No one on here can ever tell you 100% that you are going to get a visa. We are not CIC. That said, provided you have no medical or criminal problems, with the LMO and job offer, you have a very good chance.

Since you are from India which is not a visa exempt country, the issue of overstay is also a big thing. You will have to prove strong ties to your home country and why you will return to India again and not overstay in Canada.
