About work permit

Hello everyone ,
Plz help me out with this situation, I have applied my work permit on June 28 and yesterday I got a email form cic stating that they need some more documents like education transcripts and today I submitted it on cic website in my account when I uploaded it says -Uploaded Not submitted to IRCC . I have no idea what does it means plz give ur value comments.

You need to click another button on there to actually submit the files.
