about work experience points help

Hello to all.

i am shahzad.this is my 1st post and i hope that i can find answer for my question here.i have confusion about my work experience points that i have applied for skilled worker.at the time when i apply my experince was 3 years but when immigration office is ready assess my case that time my experience will be more than 4 years.so how much worked experience will be calculated at that time.

yes sir i applied on this year feb 2008 form islamabad and i am working in my field in job from (feb 2005 to date) also i have six months university internship training experince form (august2004-jan2005).
