Hello Hope you are Good.

My name is Patel Harikrishna. I have completed Diploma in Architecture Assistantship and I have got admission from St.clare in Construction Technology and I have 11 Backlog all cleared within the time and I have applied for visa and yes I have overall 6.5 in IELTS but only 5.5 in reading module so will my visa application will approved.

Should have applied for visa after getting 6+ in each module.The chances are 50/50 or might be lower than that..But then it all depends on the visa officer.

There are high chances that your visa will get rejected, even if your requirement is 5.5 for the course. now that you already applied good luck and keep us posted.
