I done my bca in 2007 after that i m doing job,so now i m planning to go to canada for mba.I got offer letter from viu for june 2013.

In ielts i got 6.5 bands.I m going to apply under university checklist.Also tell me is it a gud university.

please tell me how many chance i have to get a visa.

How is your CGPA score for your bca? Have you got your GMATH already? if so what's your score?

Hence you don't have a good bachelor degree results and you are planning to do your MBA, I strongly advise you to do GMAT and get a good score. This could be somehow a reason to satisfy a respected VO that you really want to study. Moreover, majority of good Universities has GMAT as the requirement in MBA.
Having a weak academic background results is a common reason of rejection.
