About Visa Status Online

Hello guys i have applied online for study permit on 10th march and there is no new yet from CIC so i want to know that my application status is Open so does it change to under review or something when they start to process your application ????
Please reply ASAP

Those who have applied online can you guys please share how many days do it takes to change the "Application Status" from Open to Under Review or whatever it should be on MYCIC account.
Do we get any notification email for it or only update on Application Details page ?

You applied online from Pakistan or somewhere else ?
Have you done your medical test

Yes i.have applied from karachi pakistan and waiting for medical 88 days have been past

Thats very long man! I thought online is quicker as compared to paper based but it seems to be vice versa.

i have applied for BS computer science in University Of Regina. yeah its very long but yesterday so many march applicants got thier calls so please pray for us that we have it next week

Yes I read that thread many guys got their medical calls yesterday and today one more guy got visa approval.
I am from Karachi and applied online as well. Yes I will remember you and please remember me in your prayers as well

Ayaz bhai ka msg aya tha he was saying there was no change in status he just recieved a new message in his CIC inbox

Paper wali bhi ready hai bs ye week aur dekh loon then i will file paper based

Okay thanks for letting me know. But isn't it funny that there won't be change in application status even though its says clearly on CIC website that it will change.
Have you done medical up front or waiting for the call ?
Which date did you applied online ? As you thinking of going for paper based.

i applied onkine on 10th of march and yes waiting for medical call
