I want to know that i will be going india in December 2019 to attend my brothers marriage. But my visa stamp has been expired ,can anyone please tell me where and how i can get visa stamp on my indian passport .

If it’s already expired
Then you are living illegally
Consult a lawyer before applying the visa from embassy

What is your status in Canada as of today? If you are a student and have a valid study permit then you need not worry. You can apply for a TRV renewal from within Canada. But if you are without status then you should consult an immigration lawyer ASAP.

I am an international student but my status is legal totally. Just my stamp has been expired. I thought visa stamp we can get anytime when you are heading to india. But i just want to know the procedure
