While I was waiting for your replies guys, I emailed Cambridge to ask for the list of schools in Toronto that offer IGCSE exam.
And guess what? they replied
and they replied with the whole list of schools in CANADA!@@
ONLY ONE SCHOOL! BAAAAAAHHHH and it's in Quebec
