About to Graduate in Quebec processing time from CSQ to permanent residency?

Hello,

I'm a new zealand citizen about to graduate from a quebec university next year. I heard that if I applied a few months before the graduation date I will get the CSQ on the date of my graduation. I was wondering how long does it take from this to become a permanent resident?


Also I should note that I speak french fluently.
