About the work experience required for express entry

I have a 4 year graduate degree.now I have started doing work.along with this I am planning to do a distant post graduation degree..will the work experience that I might get through this regular job be considered

No , in legal way how it is possible to work full time with regular study ?

Will be counted as long as you're not enrolled full-time in a Canadian program.
