As you may know we have to perform every action mentioned in the "lead statement" in the NOC description and "substantial amount of the main duties" too. This is stated in the Ministerial Instructions for the Express Entry Application Management System.
However, there is also mentioned "including all essential duties". What/Where are the "essential duties"? The NOC description has only lead statement and main duties (and employment requirement etc)
