About the mailing address of Spouse Sponsorship + OWP

Excuse me,

I am going to mail my spouse sponsorship application + OWP together in 1 Big Envelope

Do I need to put a stamp on the envelope of the OWP one? Do I need to put any address on it?

Or just put

In-Canada sponsorship
CPC ― Mississauga
P. O. Box 5040, Station B
Mississauga, Ontario
L5A 3A4

On the big envelope??

I got the barcodes after finishing IMM0008 and IMM1344.

I have tried to read the guideline again and again, and search about it on the internet.

Do I just place them in front of IMM0008 and IMM1344, or I have to cut them out and place on the documents??

And I can't find anywhere to put the signature and date on the barcode page...

Please give me a help! Thank you!

Let's say your IMM0008 has 6 pages. Page 4 and 5 have barcodes on it...
Then... arrange IMM0008 as Page 4,5,1,2,3,6.

In pile of sponsor forms... put IMM1344 on top and the barcode page at very top of pile.
In principal applicant forms... do the same with IMM0008.

Hoping this clarifies for you.

Don't be confused it's really simple - when you mail your entire package the pages on top will be the bar code pages. As for signing and dating your barcode page - it's not necessary. There is no signature line or a place to write in the date.

When you organize your application you can separate it into 3 sections 1-sponsor application 2- applicant 3- will be supporting documents. The 2 barcode pages will be on top of it all - good luck. Take your time and fill out your forms carefully and don't forget to sign where necessary. This forum has plenty of good support.
