I have a question which is related to my current job in Canada which has no contribution to the CRS. Since I have suffient eligible work experience outside Canada and I just renewed my IELTS core, I think it'll be good enough for me to be invited. So as a result, my current work experience is not needed any more. Also, my current job is under a different NOC which I claimed as the primary occupation. Since I just started this new job in Canada, do I have to claim it in my EE profile as well? Is it okay for me to not put it in the work history section when I start the profile? If I put it there, I have to gather all of the supporting documents since they are generated in the checklist automatically. And also, I'm not sure whether my current employee is willing to provide me a reference letter or not.
Besides, if I don't put it in the work history, should I put it in the personal history section in the application after I get the ITA? And just attach a explanation letter stating that this work expenrience doesn't count towards the CRS?
What's the best solutions to this problem?
Thanks.

You don't have to declare all of your work experience in work history. Declare the ones you claim CRS points for. If you get an ITA you can put it into the personal history section and no supporting document will be required. Explanation is not mandatory either, unless you think it's important to tell why you excluded that experience.

Thank you very much. But after I get the ITA and submit all the supporting documents. If I want to quit my current job which has no contribution to CRS (which I put in the personal history, not the work history), do I have to contact CIC immediately, informing them that I quit my current job? Or not neccesary.

Unless this results in you moving to another country, not required.

So it means if I resign my job and then I move to another country, I have to tell CIC. If I still in Canada, I don't have to tell them. Right?

Yes.

thanks Asivad Anac and neorol, this kind of helps me as well. I too wasn't sure if there was any harm to not mentioning previous work experience on my EE profile (as I most likely won't be using it and it may only serve to confuse)

just suddenly come up with a quick question: For the work experience I didn't declare in the profile, which I put them in my personal history. Will CIC check them with my employee as well. If I quit my job, and they find out that I didn't work there any more, will this cause misrepresentation? What's the detailed stuff of the background check for an inland applicant?

Wouldn't be a part of background checks. Quitting that job will make no difference to your application.
