About study permit to Canada without IELTS

Can I apply for study permit visa in Canada without IELTS? I completed my bachelor degree from a Medium of English University and also I have the Duolingo English Proficiency score that is 120. So can I?

You may need language scores for admissions and for a study permit. Look at the requirements for admission to the school and the study permit application. Duolingo doesn’t count.

120 is a little low for some programs.

And SDS require IELTS minimum 6.
