About Student Visa & Post Graduation Work Permit

Hello,

I am from Bangladesh. I have completed graduation from BRAC University (Major in Finance: Minor in Marketing). I have got offer letter from Fanshawe College, London Ontario for Post Graduation Diploma on "Professional Financial Services & International Business Management". There are 2 programs you can see and each one is for 1 year, so 1+1= 2 year. From Fanshawe College they confirmed me that I will get 2 certificate and I will get 3 years work permit after study.

How much reliable the information is?

Beside this for getting visa I can show-

from the sponsor:
My Fathers (sponsor) Property of 2.5 crore taka/ CAD $3,20,000 (actual property value)
Bank Balance of 8,00,000 taka/ CAD $1,02,000 (all are white money)
Bank Statement
Salary Statement
Appointment letter
Tax Information
All Deeds copy

(All document notarized by govt. approved lawyer)

IELTS of 6.5
Job offer letter for last 1 year
Police Clearance
Offer Letter
A Statement of Purpose to Visa officer explaining home ties and benefits of this degree after this in my job

What more should I submit to get visa?
What is my percentage for getting visa?

As per my knowledge, in order to be eligible for the 3-year work permit, the second 1-year program you do HAS to be a Masters degree (Or one 2-year Masters degree). A candidate will not be eligible for the 3-year work permit under the Canadian Experience Class program.

Sorry for the late reply. I have just started logging on the website as I have recently applied for the Student Visa.

I think they are right. But call or email CIC and ask them to be sure.
