Hi,

You will be getting a 3 years post grad work permit, if your course is a continuous 2 years course of at least 16 months/ 4 semesters.

As per CIC, Two years of study – At least 16 months—or four semesters—within the 24 months before completing a full-time post-secondary program of study in Canada.
(http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/cec/graduates.asp) --check at the end.
