About spouse's open work permit

Hi All,
I have a question about my wife's open work permit.

My wife has an open work permit, but does not work now.
The original expire date of her work permit is 2018-Nov-30 the same as the date of my study permit.

Last month, I graduated from my university and received my Credential Completion Letter on March 19th.
I already submitted my work permit application.

Do I need to update her permit after receiving my new work permit ?
How long can my wife stay in Canada after March 19th if no update ?

Hi

Her work permit remains valid until it expires. You will need to have a NOC A, B or 0 job for her to qualify for a work permit extension.

Hope You doing well.My name is Darshan and I came here as student and I submitted my visa file offline.Now I want to sponsor my spouse so I need to create my cic ac and add her there or create her ac and do all the process for here.??And I'm doing all the process on behalf of her so I have to declare that or not..
Request you to also tell me the full process and what are the documents and proofs need for these applications.I'm very much thankful to you for this help.Thanks
