About skilled job PnP in roofing for women

Hi there, i have a query regarding Ontario pnp. I got a job offer in roofing that comes under noc b . Here my question is that if i will go through this job is it affect my PnP or PR process or i get any interview because most of women are not working in this field. Is that possible that cic would question me about my job in roofing as a women because it is very heavy and tough job.
