About SIN card

Hello!
I got PR card within first three months. But I don't get a SIN and OHIP cards yet!
So when I get these two cards asap?

Go to Service Canada for a SIN which you could have done the moment you completed your landing. For OHIP same when you qualified, Service Ontario

They no longer give SIN cards. You only qualify for OHIP 3 months after arrival. Did you register for OHIP/? It is service Ontario for ohip.

Hello, I submit my citizenship application today. 28 July 2022.
What the process next? Please let me know
One more thing, I just organize the documents according to the checklist but didn't attach neither paper clip and staple except photos.
So, is it okay??
