About September 2018 intake of Canada

Hey, i scored overall 6 bands in IELTS
Listening-6.5
Writing-6
Reading-5.5
Speaking-6.5
And i have completed my 12th in 2017.Although many agents are saying that the embassy rules are changing you should have 6 bands in each modules. So kindly tell me that is i am-eligible for study in Canada in September 2018 intake!
