About security date

We landed already.For the curiosity,I got my final GCMS note to verify the final conclusion of the immigration officer.from the 6th page Client details: My Security Date:2019/12/05 but my wife security date is empty. The criminality passed already,but validity date is also 2019/12/05 anybody know what is this mean?Thanks
